Notice 2015-004 - Market Making Program – Accepting Applications For CSE Listed and TSX Venture Exchange Listed Securities

February 5, 2015

On October 23, 2014 the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE” or the “Exchange”) announced OSC approval and the implementation of certain amendments to the CSE Trading Rules which included changes to the manner in which oddlot orders are matched in the CSE trading system and the introduction of the Guaranteed Minimum Fill.

The changes were implemented to introduce a new level of service for retail orders to be provided by Exchange appointed Market Makers on designated securities (the “Market Maker Program”).

After a successful pilot test the CSE is pleased to announce the next phase of the Market Maker Program.  The Exchange is now accepting Market Making applications on all CSE listed and TSX Venture Exchange listed securities.
