Notice 2008-004 - Updated Policies & Forms

The CNSX Policies and forms for�listing applications and�listed companies��(collectively, the "Policies") have been updated to reflect the name change from Canadian Trading & Quotation System Inc., or CNQ to Canadian National Stock Exchange, or CNSX.�

Where applicable the amendments to the Policies include updates to reflect new address or contact information, and references to Market Regulation Services ("RS") or the Investment Dealers Association ("IDA") have been changed to reflect the new entity, Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada ("IIROC").�

As there are no changes to the requirements set out in the Policies, previous versions of listings forms with references to CNQ or Canadian Trading & Quotations System will be accepted until further notice. � Any reference to CNQ or Canadian Trading & Quotation System shall be interpreted as CNSX or Canadian National Stock Exchange.

The amended versions of the Policies are effective immediately and are available on the CNSX website, CNSX.ca, under the heading "Info for Issuers".
