CNQ and Shareholder.com Reach Agreement on Services to Listed Companies

TORONTO (June 13, 2008) CNQ – Canada’s New Stock Exchange announced today that it has reached an agreement with Shareholder.com, a company owned by The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (NASDAQ OMX), to provide CNQ listed companies with preferential access to Shareholder.com’s extensive suite of services. This agreement will put CNQ companies on the same footing as NASDAQ-listed companies as to both service and price for a wide variety of investor relations services.
