2019-0611 – Name and Symbol Change and Consolidation - Liht Cannabis Corp. (LIHT/LIHT.WT)

Liht Cannabis Corp. (LIHT/LIHT.WT)  has announced a name and symbol change to Citation Growth Corp. (CGRO/CGRO.WT).

Liht Cannabis Corp. has also announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation share for each four (4) pre-consolidation common shares.  

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 61,969,000.

The shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol and on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on June 12, 2019.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on June 11, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders.

Liht cannabis Corp. a également annoncé la consolidation de son capital social émis et en circulation sur la base d’une (1) action post-consolidation pour chacune des quatre (4) actions ordinaires de pré-consolidation. 

Par conséquent, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 61 969 000.
