2018-1025 - Stock Split – Eastern Zinc Corp. (EZNC)

Eastern Zinc Corp. has announced a stock split of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of three (3) shares for each existing share. 

The common shares of the Company will commence trading on a split basis at the opening, October 18, 2018.  Disclosure documents are available at www.theCSE.com.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business October 17, 2018. CSE Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the split.

Eastern Zinc Corp. a annoncé une scission d'actions de son capital-actions émis et en circulation sur la base de trois (3) actions pour chaque action existante.

Les actions ordinaires de la Société commenceront à être négociées à compter du 18 octobre 2018 à l'ouverture des marchés. Les documents d'information sont disponibles sur www.theCSE.com.
