Hiku has announced that shareholders have passed a resolution to approve the Corporation’s previously announced plan of arrangement with Canopy Growth Corporation.

Trading will be halted at noon on August 31, 2018 and the common shares will be delisted market close on September 6, 2018.

Hiku a annoncé que les actionnaires avaient adopté une résolution visant à approuver le plan d’arrangement avec Canopy Growth Corporation annoncé précédemment.

La négociation sera interrompue à midi le 31 août 2018 et les actions ordinaires seront retirées de la cote du marché le 6 septembre 2018.
