Pursuant to a fundamental change review, the common shares of Scavo Resource Corp. (formerly "Pure Living Media Inc.") have been approved for listing. Scavo Resource's business objective is to identify, evaluate, acquire and explore mineral properties for the purposes of identifying a mineral resource deposit on its Purple Onion claims or any of the subsequent properties acquired by the Company.
