Quinsam Capital Corporation has announced its intention to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) new share for every five (5) old shares. As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 4,570,000. The record date for the share consolidation is Wednesday, August 1, 2012.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on July 30, 2012. The name and symbol will not change.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on July 27, 2012. CNSX Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
