The common shares of Organic Potash Corporation have been approved for listing on CNSX.  The Company has 64,325,252 common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 38.5 million shares.

The Company's focus is on the production of potash from the ash of agricultural waste, in particular, cocoa husks.  Pursuant to a licencing agreement, the Company has the right to use proprietary technology, consisting of specially designed and patented kilns, to produce the ash from cocoa husks.  The ash is then sent to the manufacturing facility to be processed into potash.  The patented process results in 99%+ pure potassium carbonate.
