2008-0703 - Creation Casinos Inc. Name Change/Consolidation

Creation Casinos Inc. has announced a name change to Orca Power Corp. and the consolidation of its common shares on a 2.5 old for 1 new basis. The post-consolidation common shares of Orca Power Corp will begin trading on Tuesday, July 22, 2008. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to 13,049,616 from 32,624,039.  The record date is July 24, 2008.

Orca Power Corp will trade under the symbol "ORCA".  CNQ Dealers should be aware that open orders on "CSNO" will not be transferred to "ORCA".

Dealers are also reminded to re-enter their orders on "ORCA" taking into account the share consolidation.
