CNQ has approved for listing Manitoba Builder Bonds, Series X. Manitoba Builder Bonds ("Builder Bonds") are issued by the Province of Manitoba, and are direct obligations of the Province of Manitoba. The Province has a debt rating of A(high) from Dominion Bond Rating Service.
