2007-1211 - Extension of Suspension - LKFD

The common shares of Lakefield Marketing Corp. ("LKFD") are currently suspended from trading on CNQ for failure to comply with CNQ requirements (Bulletin 2007-0613). Pursuant to CNQ Policy 3-4.1, Lakefield was subject to automatic delisting September 24, following the 90 day suspension.

Lakefield requested and was granted an extension of 90 days while the company worked toward remedying the default which gave rise to the suspension.

The Company has requested and been granted a 90 day extension to March 31, 2008. If the Company has not been reinstated for trading it will be automatically delisted pursuant to CNQ Policy.
