The common shares of TrustMark Auto Group, Inc. have been approved for listing on CNQ. Following the Initial Public Offering of 2 million shares at $0.50 per share, there are approximately 13.1 million common shares outstanding with a public float of 3.4 million common shares. Canaccord Capital Corporation acted as Agent on the Offering.

TrustMark Auto Group provides franchise quality products and services for independent used vehicle dealers operating under TrustMark Licensed Dealer Agreements. In this regard the Company has, in addition to developing and implementing such products and services, established one corporate lot and licensed four used vehicle dealerships under the TrustMark name.
