The common shares of Continent Resources Inc. have been approved for listing on CNQ. Following the Initial Public Offering of 2.875 million common shares, there are approximately 12.2 million common shares outstanding with a public float of 8.9 million common shares. Blackmont Capital acted as Agent on the Offering.

Continent is engaged in the exploration for, and the development of, mineral properties in northwestern Ontario, specifically the Sol D�Or Property consisting of nine claims totaling 1664 hectares.
