Arris Resources Inc has announced the consolidation of its common shares on a five old for one new basis. The share consolidation will be effective July 16, 2007. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 2,043,368.

The common shares of Arris Resources Inc. will begin trading on a consolidated basis on Monday, July 16, 2007.
